Our next-level sushi class is back!. Once you've learned the basics, invite your friends over for a fun night of upgraded sushi training. We only offer this class as an in-home session because we'll bring a blowtorch, knives and you'll be working (and eating of course) with your chef to learn how to
- break down a tuna loin (the most cost efficient way to buy sushi grade tuna)
- make spicy tuna
- make our famous spicy tuna nachos
- make incredible poke bowls
- make topped sushi rolls & sear tuna w/a blowtorch
- make bang*bang shrimp
- learn how to cut tuna for nigiri and sashimi
- make tuna tataki
Because everyone will be working together, class size is limited to 10 guests. We bring everything except drinks, plates, platters/bowls.
